What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

How does Coca-Cola stack up against the competition?

Yeah, if you want to work under the mercy of supervisors who think that employees are nothing but their slaves, and that subordinates do not need a steady income or have a life outside of work. Be prepared to work on their whim, but be ready at all times.

I have to remain anonymous at the moment as I am still employed at CCE. Ask yourself this; Why would you want to work for a company that only want "yes" men/women to work for them or where original thought is not tolerated? Or, where distribution SUPERVISORS play in golf tournaments during the week while their drivers/merchandisers are working 14-15 hour days in 95 degree heat? Ask yourself these questions before you sign on the dotted line.

In my opinion, CCE is digressing rather than progressing. They are expecting to achieve different results by doing the same things over and ovcr again. If I had the capital, I wouldn't invest in CCE. I would invest in another bottler such as Consolidated Bottling group which is another "Anchor Bottler" of the Coca-Cola Company.

CCE is run by very greedy ruthless businessmen ( Simon Baldly ) that do not care about the staff all they care about is paying low wages and lying to the staff get them to do a job. CCE expect to hit 2 billion for the 2014, they are making the staff work like dogs and pay them nothing. the bonus scheme is a shambles, they change what they say with a drop of a hat. We were promised a bonus on hitting KBIs and they were changed half way through the year. We were told this was brifed out to all the staff.. it never was, saving them loads of money. if you complain they do there best to get you out and treat you like your an alien.. worst form a bulling you can experience.

Worst company ive ever worked for, seriously. this isnt a personal attack but a warning to those that have ambitions. do not let coke lie to you if you want to move on. ive seen other colleagues go through alot of pain and heartache trying to get promoted. they lie then tell you that your results need to be better, when infact they promote who they want to promote . . the managers are init for them selves. i've had first had expressive of CCE bulling and lies.. ive now left CCE and so have 5 of my friends..

i agree. i know managers that were in pubs drinking whist holding meetings and knowing the workers were out doing 15 hours a day.. CCE is a shambles...

Coca Cola enterprises is full of lies and abuse.. i wish i could post all that i know on here but that would be wrong. the stuff i saw with my own eyes was unbelievable.. they treat the staff like dogs pay low wages and brainwash you into believing there lies about the job, bonuses and your future - when they know your just a number.. makes me so angry. ive now left the company. thank God
