Hey everyone.
I recently applied for a the Technical Support and Billing Rep position with Comcast. Here are the steps I've been through so far:

1. Initial Phone Interview
2. Assessment tests (round 1&2)
3. Assessment tests (round 3 - this is the "hard" one. 100 questions in 25 minutes).
4. Group Interview - About 30 of us standing up one at a time and answering questions. Note: at the end of the day, about ten people were told they could leave after they gave permission for background checks. Once those ten had left, they closed the door again and said "Congratulations to those of you who are still here".
5. One on one interview with a local center supervisor (went fairly well). Now, the last person who gave me an interview said they would contact me sometime around the 30th or 31st of March. I haven't heard anything, and here it is April 3rd. Further, when I look on the online job listing site that stores your resume and so on, it lists my application as "rejected" (it's said that since I can remember first looking at it over a week ago though). I have received any call or email from Comcast, however, saying that my app was rejected.

So, anyone who's been through this process have any ideas? Is the application dead or should I still be waiting for them to set up another interview (which is the final step, the last guy said)?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts - and good luck to you job searchers out there.

hi i am wondering if long did it take before you got the "rejection" on your application status online?

i just had phone interview today and had the exam last week. i was very happy w/ the exam because i know i did great but w/ the interview i know it wasnt good as i wanted it to be. i dont know what happend but i forgot to say things i needed to, i used to work in a call center but i think i jst blew the opportunity.

i am looking out on the status of my application online it still says "in process" i believ that they will put comment on the status either you are hired.. rejected.. or still in process
