I KNOW as an employee of comcast you get free cable and internet. Can anybody tell me what level of free cable you get? Is it the best digital cable package? The starter digital package? Do you get all the HD channels?

Also, its a 90 day wait for most benefits to kick in. Do you have to wait 90 days for the cable as well?

Last but not least- so your 90 days start from the day training starts- or do they start after your training is completed?

depending on the market in which you work, you get premium services with all channels included. the purpose behind this is to give the employee the opportunity to learn the product. what is this about all the hd channels? for someone applying for a job in cable, that's like asking "does the internet come with myspace?" not to be rude, but please learn a little more about the industry before your interview.

the 90-day introductory period starts from your date of hire...which is the day you start. based on your performance, your supervisor may extend that 90 days or terminate you if you're not coming along. you put in for your courtesy services the first week you're employed, but it usually takes a few weeks before they can be installed. customer work orders take priority over those of employees.
