Comcast Background Check...possible error... PLEASE HELP!

This "waiting period" has me SO on edge. I was contacted by a HR Recruiter about a Technical Support Specialist position. I didn't have to go through taking my assessment test over, due to previously taking the an assessment test for a position that I was turned down for. I was sent an e-mail about the position and invited to a GIS (Group Information Session). I attended the GIS, then I was prescreened by a member of the recruiting team. Three (3) days later, I was sent an e-mail for a final interview. After the interview, I was sent to a room where I was to wait on my results of the interview. I was given a verbal offer for the job, provided that I passed my drug/background test. I have no criminal record, but I do have a termination from the pass...does this count against me? Also, I am currently employed through a temp agency and on my application I put the name of the company that I am temporarily employed with, not from. Will this kick back in the background check? Should I have put down the temp agency as my employer? It has only been seven (7) days, should I call to rectify the situation?
