i applied back in january of 07 and did not receive a call until march to take an assessment test the next day. they said they would call back to schedule an interview. its been almost a month! how long does this process take?

Wow... it doesn't take over a month. If I were you, I would contact them. It is possible to have your resume looked over. Hope this helps!
