Comcast university

What can experienced comcast employees tell me about the initial training at "comcast university"? I am starting the training soon and am looking forward to see what it is like. When are the classes typically held? Mornings? Nights? Is it in a classroom setting like where we took the tests, or is it more of a call center setting? How many people typically are in a class? Do classes run 8 hrs a day during training?

Also wondering for a 24/7 call center what the typical "shifts" are? They told me that you had to be willing to work as early as 6am and as late as 2am. I'm wondering if its a 24/7 call center- who works the time between 2am-6am?
