I interviewed with Comcast in their Alpharetta facility and the manager was rude. I was told by the recruiting agency that they were flexible with their hours and I put down for day shift becauase I am on public transportaion. The rude interviewer told me that the shift they were hiring for was 2-11 pm and if I could not do that shift I was wasting her time and she was wasting mine, very professional huh? |

Where are their offices located? All they have is 1800 numbers that are automated, then if you can get to someone they know nothing. They keep it so dad blame hidden it aggravates the crap out of me. I know they are off Windward but not sure exactly where. Thanks Adam |

If the expectations are very clear & someone levels with another person about the expectations for a certain position then the reason for using blunt tones are justified, So employters wanna know that there's no chance you will as employee will go & say that what you signed on for initially is not what you got stuck with in the end. & I'm not defending defending Comcast. ButI'm saying both yours and comcat's time means $$$. |

I am with you on this one . It is hard to find professionalism in the work place these dys.I have an experience I would like to share. I was a bilingual collector for this collection agency called," The Federated Companies".They advised us as employees that the environment is very laid back. There were no strict dress codes to follow. The job was a 9 to 5 so I thought that I was blessed with the perfect job.But they did not warn me that a managers could tell you to get your s***and get the f***out of his office. All because I expressed myself to an employee that had been there longer than I. She was so laud, rude to me and clients over the phone. So I decided to tell her not to talk to me like that. So I was rudely fired infront of the whole office. I cryed for days because I have never been spoken to like that from an employer. I have never experienced anything like that and I hope that I never again. |
