Casual Fridays, it established in most clinics in the area. Business attire has to be set as an example by the managers of the clinics and if it is not set then the employees will follow whatever example is seen to the eye. Also, showering daily and having good oral care is a must and that was not taught to the admin. at childhood. Getting friendly with employees is good socially, however we must set that apart from business. It's good for company moral to have parties, letting loose but, it needs to be established that what one does outside of work is done differently in a work environment. Friendship is great but, business is business. Would you let your son/daughter ditch school everyday and get away with not doing their Job? Well this also applies to frienship. If an employee is not doing their job then they are not producing and if he/she is leaving their job to be done by someone else continuously and the job is getting done then what does that tell you? The company is losing money on this dead-weight person. Get rid of him/her save on the salary and give that person that's doing two jobs a raise. The company will then save money in the log run and the job is still getting done.
