A sales rep will call you a few times to see if you need assistance. It's good to note that tech support is free. If do you find things confusing, just call. Their FAQs will also give you insight. The top FAQs are the most common questions customers ask. AND: when you sign-up, and use your email, they can see how many times you actually logged into your account. I found it beneficial to log-in multiple times into my trial account and they did notice. Everyone asks if you're familiar with the company. Otherwise, they see how well you will fit with the team.
