Can someone give me any specifics on Convergys in Lake Mary? Exactly what do the customer service reps there do?

What is the management like? I have read some horror stories of Convergys but the simple fact is - I need a job.
I just want to know what I would be getting into.

Do you get 40 hours per week? Is overtime possible? What are the available shifts? Are new hires automatically on second/third shifts?
