Worked briefly for this company last year as an RN Case Manager. Don't understand how this company has survived. Definitely would avoid them. Many problems! Administrator there only six months and none of the nurses there more than five months! Administrator was desperately trying to hold down admin and DON positions. Three teams, but no Patient Care Managers for any of these teams. Admin new to Phoenix and assigned patients all over the Valley ( from West Phx. all the way out to Gold Canyon!!) Insufficient paper supplies and medical supplies. Situation a real mess! Also, lack of communication systems - no morning report held so if something happened to your patient no way to know, company had a little answering machine where case managers or the nurse on call could leave a report, but the tape was inadequate and not enough space to leave info, only one nurse could call in at a time to listen to this tape and yet, it was suppossed to be erased early in the morning. No decent orientation to this company - just an old, out dated manual. Nurses required to use their own cell phones and not reimbursed adequately for their use for Cornerstone business. Avoid this company!! Do not be mislead by their good salary. They are not worth the headache!!
