I work there. I did not learn until my employee orientation that they have a dress code. On the company's intranet they actually have photos of appropriate and inappropriate dress. For example no wedge type sandals allowed with out a back strap. No tennis shoes on casual days. Dress hem lines "just above" the knee.
They even have a code for your cubicle (yes cubicle-no offices for anyone less a supervisor pay grade). Inside your cubicle "no more than 2 framed photographs" no "freebies from vendors" that means if a vendor gives you a stack of pens or post-it notes you cannot use them but supplies are lacking at Corvel, so what are you suppose to use?
No plants of any kind. No art work from your children. Bland, bland and more bland.
