I responded to a posting for a position and they contacted me for an initial interview (went well, so I thought. I called them two weeks later to see about arranging a second interview and was told they hadn't made any decisions yet. I never received a call back. It's been over a month now, and I see they still have this job opening posted in the web. I have more than enough experience for this job and open availability. What are they looking for? I just don't get it.

they are probably looking for the right "look". not necessarily you are ugly, but you may not fit in, i would think they look for a woman first of all.

Well, I want to tell you a little about myself Iam a good person and I get along with everybody, and I am always early for my shift just in case you need another person out to help out just incase you need me. I hope you like what I have to a little I have 5 refferances about the the place that work in the pass I will bring themto you if you want to see them.
