I am finally moving to an area where there is a Costco. I have been in retail and warehousing for six years, most of the positions have been supervisory, and I have a 2 year degree in business management. What are my chances of getting in with that sort of resume?
Also, the most appealing job description to me is a Receiving Clerk. Does Costco hire in new people to this position? I hear most people have to start out at the front end and then transfer to other areas. I am professional with customers but I'd really rather not have a job where I'm dealing with them for my entire shift. Do receiving clerks work mostly in the back room, with little customer interaction?
