I am considering taking an Account Executive position with Countrywide in their Full Spectrum Lending Division.

Can anyone give me an opinion of the work load, hours, pay, etc? What can I expect? I understand that branch management will vary.

What is the standard starting salary/commission? What can be negotiated?

I would appreciate any help. Thank you so much.

Countrywide will give you great benefits and a small base salary, however their comission structure is not good at all,The turn over is not people being fired or laid off but people leaving.

My husband has that job. I just can tell you that it wasn't the best thing for our marriage. We practically don't see him anymore. And lately they are not very straight with his comissions either. I wish you luck

I worked there at FSL for 1.5 years. The enviorment was horrific at best and if you did not work 50 to 60 hours per week you were a lazy loan officer. Prior to this I had my own business and this is just a mess. I was top LO for our office and made $75k last year which is pathetic for closing about 100 loans. stay away.
