Advice for applying with Countrywide

I have been in mortgage banking for over twenty years, and have done work for Countrywide but have not worked as am employee for them. They are the largest mortgage banking firm in the country, based out of Southern California, and the best advice I could give anyone about getting a job with them is to go directly to their website and search jobs for yourself and background. I was told by a recruiter there that they get so many applications and often as recruiters are not sure what positions someone may be qualified for depending on their background. Good luck! Also, a decent company but very structured and expect to work long hours.
