I have seen the numerous posts in regards to the horrible culture, but is this true for all departments and all levels? What type of bonus can I expect to receive (10%, 25% -- ?). What about the x-sell division? The group that sells refi's, home equity loans and new purchase loans for existing customers?

that is AVP. For SVP it is 20%+
