I can get a job at any other mortgage company that I chose to however, I enjoy working for Countrywide and have not had any issues with thier way of handling things. I hope that you have more empathy for all of the people in the industry that have been affected by this Tidal wave that has crashed upon the market. Regardless of the company that you work for, if it is in the mortgage industry you are going to feel the ripple affect of this wave. Instead of putting down the Company why dont we band together to try to find a way to help the market get back on its feet? Which would result in more jobs available for all the people in the mortgage business.

Hah! A recruiter? Dude, if you were a decent recruiter then the company would not have been in the shape their in now. The management team has done a fine job of keeping the company on the right path. If you feel like the company did you wrong, do yourself a favor and find a job you like. The best advice for you and all the other winers about CountryWide, is to find something you love doing and get someone to pay you to do it. If working at CountryWide is not something you like, then move on.
