I'm interviewing with CW and wanted to know what to expect for Salary, Sign-on package and stock options. Also, does anyone know what the vacation looks like.

It depends on what division you are in, but from what I understand the position below a SVP which is a First VP gets atleast 100k and is eligible for stock options. I know this because a co-worker of mine had access to a salary database and showed me the pay of one of the new FVPs
