It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Countrywide Financial?

It won't matter what your answers are because the hiring decsions are based on who plays golf with who, etc...I interviewed for a VP position with an SVP from Texas who was less than impressive. I thought to myself this guy is a Sr. Vice President??? Clearly he knew someone becuase he was unorganized, sloppy, and could not answer a single question about the job. The leadership of that company is a "good ol' boy club" and nothing more...
