susie 62 months ago	I agree CW has done 3 layoffs since November 06--I was in the last bunch and worked hard for them and when numbers are up your great-they gave no layoff notices you just walked in and got your papers-for years people worked without getting overtime. Here in Tampa they can't keep enough people and have new classes every week positions as Loan Purchasers and Collateral Analyst. You see the ads for these positions on Monster and Careerbuilder. These jobs are monotonous, robotic, management is terrible, and turnover is through the roof. Countrywide can't keep up with its ridicous billion dollar quotas because people quit or get terminated. Told me that he would call that afternoon to reschedule. That was 2 weeks ago. I've tried calling him back to set another interview, but guess what? Still no response.
