Pass. Find something else. CW presents an amazing culture and comes off very motivated, but they drive their people into the ground and they resign left and right. Most have very short durations and move on. Not what you want on your resume. Look elsewhere. Lay offs are continual with this place no matter what they tell you or how many offices they throw a snazzy sign up on.
