I was recruited for a SVP and AVP position with CW. However, based on the comments posted on this site, I'm starting to have reservations about the whole thing. Is the CW culture THAT bad? Should I forego this opportunity or is there a bright side to working there at this level. How bad is it really? |

CHL has already been hit with some hard times.....here are some facts I would want explained before I signed on.
top originators in Q 4 2006 and Q 4 2005 millions of dollars
Yes still number 1 but why the huge decline....not just the market explains it? I'd want to know? Do your homework, |

Please stay away, you will be back on the market for a new job in months, save yourself time and effort, you WILL be much better off somewhere else! |

You will be better off elsewhere. The internal politics there are incredible. Its all nepotism. Everyone working there has family in different departments and scandals galore. There is a reason why everyone is leaving Countrywide like rats leaving a sinking ship. |
