If it's a full salaried position you might be ok. If it's commissioned then you'll get taxed a little more than 40%. |

i dont know what all of you are talking about!! I will tell you this that I dont have a college degree and I love the business, work my azz off and make 85K consistantly. Countrywide is easy but underwriting and processing is data entry. be prepared to be a processor and an "account executive" aka loan officer/processor |

If you actually want to work and are a hard worker then you will make a killing there. Im 24 have a degree, didn't have any mortgage experience and after 4 months on the phone im making 8-10 grand a paycheck. On the downside I work 50-60 hours a week but coming in for the day working for your paycheck is fun because you reap the rewards of your own labor .If your lazy and want to be micro-managed then this is not the job for you . |

I started with CW, was there for a year and a half, thought there was better out there as far as going to a broker and even went to Wells Fargo, I recently came back to CW, and have not looked back. Great company, great people, great money. By the time you add up what you would be paying for your own advertising at a broker shop, you definitly come out ahead at CW. I am moving up tp TM , and just reviewed the comp plan. Expect 85-100K if you know what you are doing. I know many other TM;s, and thats their average, and remember, it is a stepping stone for the BM job, which is where the money starts coming in. |

I agree totally with Madison in Atlanta. You'll be worked to death and not compensated or appreciated. |
