Hi does anybody know anything about the Workout Negotiator position? How much do they start off and if its a good department to work for???

The Workout Department starts off at $9.00-$10.00 an hour. You work approximately 110 cases making outbound calls and receiving calls trying to keep people in their homes. The only problem is as one person cant handle the workload most of the homes go into foreclosure.
