Even if you put in over 40 hours. Besides, if you put in only 40 hours, they think you are not committed. Cranberry Twp is a whole different world versus Harrisburg. |

Everything is the same at the Cranberry Office. Very difficult to work for. Your life is not yours but Coventry's. High turnover rate |

No benefits for temporary employees, not even medical being an insurance company. I thought that was poor. No great benefits really. I worked alongside a girl who had been downsized after 12 years, she comes back every year and works temp now. After 12 years of service they couldn't even find another position for her inside the company, but did for the girl she worked along side temp last year. There really wasn't much positive about this company. My salary was average, certainly nothing great. |

Is the company a good company to work for? Expect more than the common person is willing to give etc?
