How to get a job at Coventry Health Care.

Do you work at Coventry Health Care? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Ive worked for Coventry for 1 year & a half.
I applied online at their website and was called for an interview almost immediately.
Just be yourself and be honest during your interview.
Ive noticed alot of people on this board talking about the rate of turn-over at CVTY.
Well, what I have observed is that the people hired after me - did not have good work ethics. they wanted to call off alot or leave in the middle of the day. In other words they would not have made good employees anywhere!
So, far- I truly enjoy working at Coventry and wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.
Beleieve me -I have worked for some real weirdos in the past and Coventry is tops on my list!
