You have to know someone to get into Cox. It's all about WHO you KNOW. It's a great company, very hard to get into.

I interview with Cox in Athens Ga and must say they are very unprofessional.
Two weeks after interviewing, they never bothered to update me, I called them to see if a decision had been made and got attitude from the person I spoke with. No professional HR department, just buddy-buddy world. Stay away from that company if you can.

The HQ for this place is actually in Athens, not Atlanta and they have no HR department that is involved in the hiring process. Again, very unprofessional.
Don't bother applying.
