Experience

I am trying to get on in Fort Smith Arkansas as a FSR. I was wondering what kind of experience must I already have. I am currently a Graphics Professional and have prior call center experience for Experian Consumer Direct. I have other experience with computer repair but that is irrelevant. I don't mind jumping through the hoops everyone has mentioned as well as trying my hardest to get the job. My father taught me to keep applying and calling but I noticed I can't call to check an application. Do I just keep checking my career profile where I submitted my application?
