Understand what you are getting into...politics knee deep, job cuts is thier new creed, if you knew how much money they make and what it costs them to deliver services, people in AZ would revolt in regards to thier bill. These guys are not your friend in the digital age but rather "Your Fleecing Friend in the Money Age". Money, Money, Money, sad but maybe its like that every where...I would never recommend a friend of mine to work there.

Case in point....

The company says rates will rise by $5 a month beginning in August and will impact about two-thirds of its Arizona customers.

PHOENIX (AP) _ Cox Communications says it plans to raise its cable television rates in Arizona.

The company says rates will rise by $5 a month beginning in August and will impact about two-thirds of its Arizona customers.

Cox executives say the increase is linked to rising costs for programming. Many of Cox's most-popular cable plans, cable tiers of
service and cable-bundled plans are affected.

Cox last raised its rates in February 2008 by $10 for those signed up for phone, cable and high- speed Internet service.
