cox is a great co! couldn't ask to work for a better employer. great benefits (like free internet and cable), great leadership and growing like crazy. it's hard to get an interview b/c there are so many applicants but well worth it

Hey there. I just got off the phone from my 15 minute phone interview for Cox. I really want to work there, the benefits sound amazing! So, they told me that I had "successfully completed" the phone interview, and I had to go in for a face to face interview, but they didn't have any spots available, and I needed to call back later in the week. Is this normal? Or are they just blowing me of politely?
