It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Cracker Barrel?

Any advice on striking the right note?

I am currently employed at a cracker barrel and in my interview experience the best advice i can give is dress to impress, be kind and courteous, and most of all be honest. They are gonna ask you questions and give you scenarios and talk about scheduling. If there are days that you cannot work for whatever reason tell them upfront. don't wait until your hired to tell them. smile as often as you can and make sure to speak clearly and fully. If you do all of this i can tell you that you have put a good foot in the door. Just to warn you they are looking for people to work weekends so if that's a problem don't bother because that is the busiest time for them and they need employees that are gonna work on the weekends so if you go in saying i can't work weekends you are probably not gonna get a job. Good luck!
