I really like working with people. Like I like doing customer service type jobs but I don't know what I should do.

Psychologist is too much schooling
Teacher sounds good but I don't like the hours and i need something that's flexible.

Can anyone think of a great career that you get to work with people that pays decent (50k+) and take like no more than 4 years to get education for?

Any ideas on great careers would be appreciated.
