Applied for management job

I applied for a store manager position. It took them 3 months to get back to me. I had a phone interview, then it took them another month to respond about that. Then i had a face to face intervew, about a month later i received an email thanking me for my time and the managers were happy with my interview but they were going to o with someone whos background fitted them better.

The whole process took close to 6 months. That is quite a while to keep someone guessing.

I would also like to know what positios are available, and what type of experience is needed for the positions. I have a certificate for pharmocology I took the class at York Tech. in Rock Hill, S.C. recently.

I tried to get a job a CVS and I also waited three months before I was granted a phone interveiw. Then a month later a recieved a letter stating that I was highly qualified for thr position with over 25 years of experience. But at this time they were going with someone else who better fits their needs?
