CYBERCODERS is BOGUS

Don't waste your time - their postings have been on here for MONTHS and when you apply for one, you have to submit/fill out all of this information - which takes a while. Afterwards, you don't hear anything about the specific job you submitted for. But what you DO get is a bunch (ie. 2 or 3 every day) of solicitations for OTHER open positions which they are looking for referrals for that are FAR junior to the position you applied for.

You can request that they remove you from their mailing list though if you complain loud enough :-)

This job is a loser. I have talked to the recruiter and as long as the firm offers an unacceptable salary range of $75-90K they're not going to get anyone qualified. The recruiter told me he has asked and asked to have the range upgraded, but to no avail.

These folks are not the kind of company who understands what quality and compliance is; or they do and they really don't want it to happen.
