What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

How does Cybertech stack up against the competition?

Hello everyone, my name is Justin and I am the main recruiter at Cybertech. Some of you may have seen me around these forums but for those of you that have not, let me give you a little background. I come from an HR background and am certified through SHRM as a PHR. If anyone has questions regarding staffing companies and how they work or about HR stuff, please get in touch with me.

You can chat with me on our companies new tech forums at www.tekshak.com. Just throw any questions in the general chat forum and I'll answer as quickly as possible. Don't worry that there are no posts in there yet, this is something brand new we started a few days ago.

Also, if you have any technical questions for a job just ask it in the appropriate category and one of our staff will help you out. We have specialists from several different fields to help answer questions.

I know this is a shameless plug for our forums, but I have to get the word out somehow :)

Thanks and hope to see you on our forums (www.tekshak.com)

Hello Justin,

I'll chime in. I wish we could sue every company named Cybertech for trademark infringment since we have been Cyber-Tech, Inc. for over 25 years and it's very frustrating to get calls all the time from people who wont listen when I tell them "I'm sorry you have the wrong Cybertech"

I know, tell me about it. There are a ton of Cybertech's around. Just do a quick google and you will get a couple of pages of Cybertech. I don't think we ever get calls for another Cybertech though. Oh, btw its not trademark infringment since you have a dash between the cyber-tech. It would have to be exactly the same to violate the trademark.

Cybertech is not aa good place to work and I would never tell anyone to work there. They told the company that I was working for that I did not have a degree which prevented my to get more training which could have saved a place in my position but instead I waw laied off due to lack of work.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with the company. What type of position were you in. Maybe I can give you some feedback as to what happened.

Do not be fooled into this job posting for Southfield MI. You will find your self at a dead-end job (Lotus Eng.) Of course if you like working in third world conditions for some blokes who do not have a clue as to what they are doing, then this is the job for you!!
