I've been working for DaVita for many years (@17 yrs). Great company. There are facilities in Lancaster, Ephrata, Elizabethtown and Camp Hill. I'm not sure what all the phone numbers are, but Camp Hill is 717-737-7795. If you call there, you could get the other numbers. Good luck!
