Recently had interview with Defender...they asked a series of questions from a sheet that they read from. They were basic questions for the most part. I remember:
1-tell me a little bit about yourself?; 2-what do you know about this position and why do you think you would be good at it?; 3-what are three of your weaknesses?; 4-how do you set your goals, and how do you go about achieving them? 5-what are your strengths?; 6-what do you do to develop or improve yourself personally? 7-what do you do to give back to your community? 8-give an example of when you dealt with a difficult customer? That's all of them.
Was told they want their people to "work harder on themselves than they do on their jobs", and they want their people to give back to the community. Then I was given a chance to ask questions.
