Here's the deal with Delaney, Byczinski and Potamkin....They're part of a group called ITS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Do your research. You'll find that ITS was once McKenzie Scott, who was USA Job Network before that. Also check out the below link - it's another thread within this site.

www.indeed.com/forum/job/logistics-manager/05390c183c137e1b70784b07?myst=50

Do your homework ahead of time so these guys don't waste your time. What they want is for you to send them about $15,000... What do you get for that? Do your research and find out what other severely unsatisfied folks have gotten. This is a scam and an expensive one at that.

Thankfully, I found this site and it opened the door to alot of other info. that truly saved me while I was being worked by my contact at ITS. I'm truly thankful and as long as I'm breathing I'm going to be expletive-ing up these guy's plans to bilk folks.

I had my first meeting with Delaney, Byczinski and Potamkin. They explained that they only accept certatin people and would let me know the next day if they would accept me. They called me back the next day and told me I was "accepted". When I told them I wanted to wait a month because I was working on some other job leads, they told me they wouldn't accept me in a month and to have a nice life.... The whole process is shady. Stay away

ITS is a big high pressure scam. They throw you a little bone every week or two on what they will provide and it was 3 weeks before I got the whole picture- same story with ITS for me. After serious consideration on their part,I was "accepted", spent a couple hours filling on line surveys and reviewed their website. Waited to hear back on conference call what they would charge for services from a Mr. Clarke. He never e-mailed me the quote as he said he would. When I spoke in person on the conference call, he gave me a price of $5500 over the phone, said he would mail the proposal, and I had 48 hrs to make a decision. If not, the discount of $1000 would not apply, making it $6500. With no guarentee of any thing other than remarketing you after 6 month if they don't find you a job, that WOULD have been a whole lot of cake to shell out-STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE

I was accepted, however, I know lots of people over there. If you know people there, your should be accepted. Its tough to be accepted if people dont like you. You should try harder to be liked, then people will accept you. If you dont feel accepted, then try to get to know people over there and then you will be accepted. Try being nice, that usually helps. I did and see where I'm at now, they accepted me, I feel good about that. If your having trouble being accepted, then let me know, I know lots of people over there and they are very accepting if your a nice person. If your not a nice person, then you may have a rough road ahead of you. Acceptance is the way to go, you should consider it.

I got the same message asking if I was still in the market and sent this reply:

"Yes but I have to warn you, I am typically very gullible and I have a lot of money in my bank account that I am ready to invest, even with high pressure and little information on the opportunity, or no background at all on the offer rather.

please email me as soon as possible so we can expedite the theft of my money from ITS or DBP or whatever name you've given yourself for your scam this month."

Thanks for the heads up on these guys. The email I received clearly states "no fees", but $6500.00 is a far cry from that. From my vantage point one misrepresentation can only lead to another. I'll do business elsewhere.

Thanks for the information - got got the INVITE from them. Fortunately for me, their hyperlink didn't work so I googled them and found the information here. Do not need to waste time when you're in search for a new position. (or $$$)

I received a message from a Mr. Williams Senior VP at Delany, Byczinski & Potamkin asking me if I was still in the market. They probably found my resume in Monster or CareeBuilder.

He told me that they liked my resume and felt that they can get me an executive position with one of their client (too vague). When I looked them up on Google I could not find their web page but I found all these comments from you guys.

Thank you for the heads up. Keep up the good work.

Regards,

Fred Falcones

I also received the message from Mr. Williams. What a lucky break the hyperlink was a dud. I've also been approached by ITS, so everyone's comments on both of these groups have been really helpful. You've saved me from pursuing a dead end, and an expensive one at that. Thank you!

Same story here. I Received a vague e-mail about positions being available and no fees involved. I became sonewhat suspicious when I could not Google their website?? Rather strange to have a "growing" executive recruiter, with available positions and you can't find their web site, isn't it.

After Googling around I found this thread and several others posted on various other sites about their scam. Stay well clear, it is not worth the hassle!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN!!!!!!! Same story here. I received the same message from Mr. Williams with a dead link. I went to research it and found out they were McKenzie Scott whom I dealt with earlier. I was desperate and they had a great story and I fell for it. I ended up investing around $6500 and received absolutely NOTHING from them. They gave me a resume which I felt was worse than my previous resume, but I continued to use it, since I paid for their services. I spoke with two younger guys who were obnoxious and ill prepaired for giving advice on anything. Not only were their interpersonal skills bad they were incapable of answering virtually any of my questions effectively. They kept pushing me off to other people and finally I pressed to get ahold of one of them. The gal I got was soooo smooth, but again still couldn't answer my questions. After a couple of months of working with them, I started asking other people in the industry about them and found out they were just scamming people basically and just lead people on without any success. I told them I was done with them and wanted my money back and of course they said "no chance", so I threatened taking them to court and they immediately refunded a little more than half of the money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NOTHING IN RETURN!!!!!!!
