Seeking Info on Sr. Consultant Enterprise Risk Services (Energy & Resources) Role

Can anyone provide me with some helpful information around the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice within D&T? The role within this practice that I am interested in pertains to energy commodity trading support, vendor selection, partial system integration, project management, testing, technical writing, etc. I currently work for one of the big 4 and am considering a switch. I'm around 100K right now and would like more information if anyone has any regarding the salary range for this type of position. I'm not looking to make a switch if it's marginal and I would like to know more about the culture and benefits.
