How long does it usually take to hear back after you have interviewed?

Hi,

I had a second interview with Deloitte about 3 weeks ago, in which I was flown out to meet with their team. I have not heard from them, does anyone know how long it usually takes to hear from them? Thanks

I had 3 phone interviews (2 with recruiters, and 1 with a Sr. Manager), and then had a face to face with 2 partners and another senior manager. That occured on Oct 12 and by Oct 14, I was told that they would be offering me a position. My experience may be atypical, just letting you know how mine went.
