I applied to this position about 2 months ago and they keep telling me there were no available interviews. I've checked back ever week but no luck. HOWEVER I did get a call back about the position actually IN the CALL CENTER. CALL FOR THAT ONE!

Dorothy,
I think Delta is expanding their reservations dept because of the merger, but have not heard back regarding AT-HOME...You will have better luck getting a response about the Call Center located IN Atlanta.I've got an interview on Friday. wish me luck.

I applied for this job 2 months ago and had my phone interview, test on line then. I had a face to face interview 2 weeks ago, just waiting to hear back from them to see if I made it. They had over 5,000 applicants to apply so just hang in there.

The posting was back up last week on Delta's website. The training is full time. The OJT is full time also then the work from home is part time. This process takes several months to complete before you are work from home. No benefits at all. HTH.
