Who really is heard at work.

I found out today that its not enough to be honest in order to be heard and beleived in a situation at work.
I learned that I am naive as to how management only listen and believe to the people that knows how to lie and manipulate anyone of higher authority to get what they want and that authorities will respond to thier favor because that's just how it is. So honest kind true hard working people like me doesnt have a chance because sociaty ways from top to bottom in all jobs are corrupted and distorted and in order for them to even acknowledge of your existance is to learn to play dirty as they do. I dont know how to play dishonest and refuse to become one of most. I guess another way would be if I had the knowledge of making my claims in a situation as a lawyer would.There isnt no more fareness, trust, loyalty, honesty, truthfullness, team work, kindness and pride in what one does, instead is all about competion and how to be the first one and the best and fastes way to destroy their competition so they make it there. That's society's way this days.It's disgusting to me. And people put down others that choose not to live society's way. They are called nobodies or loosers. But in order to be somebody you must be of this society then your somebody.I rather be a "nobody" than be a "somebody" because a "somebody" is a fake and a lier. At least being a "nobody" i can just be the real me.
