Dillard's 401(k) Plans

If you are a current employee of Dillard's you need to check your paystub. We recently noticed that we were enrolled in the 401(k) without our knowledge. They are taking 3% of our salary and investing it in their stock. You are supposed to have a choice in the funds that your money is invested in but no choice has been provided to us. We believe this is an illegal practice and will be taking steps to see that the government is involved in this fraud.
