If you are actually working, and not standing around talking, you won't have a problem making your quota. I was walkingback from lunch break, and rang up 3 different people in 3 different sections on 3 different registers! No one was around. They were looking around for someone to ring them up. I'm not even comfortable using the register by myself yet, but I did. Where were the people that complain about their quota?

I'm sure the reason for you being able to ring people up is because dillards can't keep them. By the way It wasn't unusual for there to be 1 person minding two or more Register's or Dept's especially around lunch time. Maybe it was because they were busy putting things away or helping customers. The reason people complain about the quota is because Dillards sets it so high that you have people stealing you sales Im sorry but the stree ain't worth it
