how much dillards pay for sales Manager?

Dillard's should not be in business. They are so terrible to work for and just as bad to shop in the stores. Service is so poor in every Dillard's I have been.
Associates are desperate people to get a sale to survive. I feel that most of their sales associate couldn't get hire anywhere else. Have you seeing the managers? OMG, they are so inept, so inefficient, I think they are trained to be bad, otherwise is hard to believe that all of them are equally terrible as a coincidence? Dillard's is a "has been" store. the Dillards family has to give it up! Get new ideas as how to run a retail store and people!!!!

I noticed on the job boards that Dillards is hiring in the malls around my area, however my hours have been cut for months quite drastically. I spoke with my manager on several ocassions and each time she has told me that there is nothing she can do as she is given a certain amount of hours to work with. Needless to say, it is quite upsetting to see the store that I work in is doing more hiring. Anyone else see that happening in their store? I guess I am giving up and have in mind to move on soon as I can find something better. I know it is really for the best. Dillard's in not a very gratifying or healthy environment to work in.
