The person that was discussing about ways to get fired at Dillards, dated 12/7/11 @ 3:37pm. What person do you send the email regarding complaints in order for you to get fired?

Our store manager is a "no brainer." She talks to employees like they are nobody - very insulting and unprofessional. Whoever made the decision to hire her as a store manager had to be drinking the day before because she has no and I mean no people skills. Everybody complains but nobody is willing to confront her. The people are gutless and afraid. Almost everybody's quota is beyond the $5,000 range. People don't buy. The things they used to buy were the 65% markdowns with 30, 40, and 50% additional off. Now they transfer them so there's no business except for the 25% off in purses and jewelry.
