I see lots of comments on the issues in stores but can anyone give me insight on the corporate culture for the corporate offices in TN?

How are you treated as an employee and are their really bonus opportunities or is this just a line?

I have been working for dg almost 6mo. as a sales associate. I started out making minimum wage & after 6 mo. they give you a 25 cent raise
