Hired as Assistant Manager Awaiting Call

I was hired at a job fair, completed Express Hiring, submitted my drug test, and am now waiting for my call. Last Thursday I did my online paperwork and it is now Wednesday.. Can anyone give me an idea of how long it normally takes to wrap all this up? What exactly are they looking at in the background check? My credit isn't the best lol.
