What are the average starting salaries, bonuses, benefits and travel requirements like at Domino's Pizza?

What do you like best about working at Domino's Pizza? Are there any great perks or special treats for employees?

can't speak for all stores, but in my particular franchise (charlotte, nc area. owned by Mack Patterson) manager starting salary is around 500 a week with period bonuses depending on store sales usually. in some cases where a store is doing horrible sales and they throw a manager in there to "fix" it they work out some sort of bonus deal. Drivers start out at minimum wage (currently 5.85) plus tips and milage rembusement based off local gas prices. CSR's start off usually just above minimum wage.

I've worked for domino's pizza for about 10 years off and on in just about all possible positions in store side. it has it's down sides and it's up's but i suppose the up's have tipped scale for the most part. it's deffinantly a fun job if you work with good people. it's imparitive to act as a team or it just doesn't work. one wrench in the whole thing can spell disaster for the night and put everyone in a right fowl mood.. not to mention customers. but again, it's a very fun job, or i wouldn't keep coming back to it. 2 years in this time around. as for perks.. who can go wrong with free pizza? that is if your GM isn't a food cost nazi
